Recruitment Overview
The JEEVIKA project, formally christened as the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project, is the flagship poverty-alleviation programme of the State Government implemented through the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society. The Society had floated Advertisement No. BRLPS/HR/04/2025 in May 2025 to fill up 4,517 contractual posts at the State Project Management Unit, District Project Coordination Units and Block Project Implementation Units across all 38 districts of Bihar.
The recruitment proceeded through a written test held in October 2025, followed by a computer proficiency assessment for select cadres and a structured interview round held in February-March 2026. After document verification was completed earlier this month, the Society has now released the final consolidated result on 19 April 2026, bringing closure to one of the most awaited rural recruitment cycles of the financial year.
