Latest Update (19 April 2026): The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has published the detailed mark sheet of the Common Eligibility Test (CET) Group C 2025-26. Candidates who appeared in the screening test held on 26 and 27 July 2025 can now download their individual scorecard from hssc.gov.in. The detailed result includes section-wise marks, normalised score and shortlisting status for upcoming Group C category-wise recruitments.
Recruitment Overview
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) conducted the second edition of the Common Eligibility Test for Group C posts in July 2025 across multiple zones in Haryana. The provisional answer key was floated in early August, the objection window closed on 12 August 2025, and the final result with normalised marks was kept under wraps until the conclusion of the legal challenges before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. With those matters now settled, the Commission has rolled out the detailed mark sheet on 19 April 2026, paving the way for category-wise recruitment under various advertisements covering more than 25,000 Group C posts in Haryana government departments, boards and corporations.
This CET serves as the qualifying gateway: candidates who clear the prescribed cut-off and feature in the 4x shortlist will be called for the post-specific knowledge test of their applied advertisement. The detailed result issued today is the document candidates will rely on for all subsequent stages.

Shortlisting Ratio — 4x Rule
As per the revised CET policy notified by the Haryana Government in November 2024, the Commission will shortlist candidates in the ratio of 1:4 against the advertised vacancy of each category-wise post. This replaces the earlier 1:10 ratio that was in force during CET 2022. Only the shortlisted aspirants will be invited for the post-specific knowledge / skill test of the relevant department.
| Stage | Description |
| Stage 1 — CET (Cleared) | Screening test of 100 marks held on 26-27 July 2025 |
| Stage 2 — Post-Specific Knowledge Test | To be conducted by HSSC for each advertisement separately; 4x shortlisted candidates eligible |
| Stage 3 — Document Verification | Caste, domicile, qualification, and EWS/PwD certificates |
| Stage 4 — Final Merit & Joining | Combined merit on the basis of post-specific test marks (no CET weightage in final merit) |

What is the qualifying cut-off for the General category?
A General category candidate must score at least 50 marks out of 100 (after normalisation) to be deemed eligible for further Group C recruitments under the CET 2025 cycle.
How long is the CET Group C scorecard valid?
The scorecard remains valid for a period of three years from the date of declaration of the result, that is, until 18 April 2029.

The Commission has adopted a 1:4 ratio, meaning four candidates will be called for the post-specific test against every single vacancy advertised category-wise.

Candidates may write to the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula, or use the grievance portal available on hssc.gov.in within fifteen days from the result declaration.
